After welcoming you with garland we will continue to drive from the airport to the hotel approximately 30 min by day and 20 min by night. When you reach Jampa Hotel you will have welcome drinks with biscuits then settlement of your rooms. After settlement of your room you need to come back to the lobby or meeting hall for briefing about trekking and tour as concerning to introduction with your trekking guide and other. While you will be finish briefing then continue to check your trekking equipment’ s with guide and explain the domestic flight time schedule for Lukla.
But if you are arriving in Kathmandu at night all those activities will do next coming day after food/meals/ breakfast.
On the second day, you will have a rest and shopping day in Kathmandu because you need to prepare all your equipment before you leave for trekking.
On the third day, you have to wake up according to timing from the guide. You take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. It takes 40 min to reach Lukla from Kathmandu. After landing at Lukla you will have some hot drinks at lukla and introduction of porters and trek to Phakding. It’s an easy and gentle first day from Lukla to Phakding. Follow the trail up into the village of Phakding, a collection of more than a dozen lodges.
According to time briefing from Guide, You will have breakfast after you wake up. From Phakding, the trail follows the Dudh Koshi valley north, round about through the pines about 100m above the west bank of the river. Check that accommodation is available before planning an overnight stop there. Crossing the Ghatte Khola, the trail climbs up over the point to the tiny village of Toktok. The trail then descends through pines to an attractive, multilevel waterfall and restaurant. You are now about four hours’ walk from Namche Bazaar. The trail cuts across to the west bank of Dudh Khosi on another suspension bridge. This is the last settlement before the big climb to Namche Bazar.
Trekkers should time table an acclimatization day’ in Namche to avoid symptoms of AMS additional up the trail. This doesn’t mean you have to stop walking – there are frequent short walks through the hills around Namche that will improve your fitness and help you adjust to the altitude without any dangerous increases in altitude. You could easily spend a day exploring the shops and sights of Namche and Chhorkung. You could also consider spending your second night at Khunde, Khumjung.
There are several routes from Namche to Tengboche. One excellent option is to climb to Shyanboche and Khumjung. Every drive you add seems to bring the mountains closer. An important trail junction at Sanasa is 10 minutes further on. From there it’s a draining 2/3-hour climb to Tengboche. So make the most of the eating options. From the bridges, it takes 90 minutes climb through a forest of tall, mature rhododendrons.
Dingboche is a popular alternative overnight stop and is likely to be even more popular. While you are walking on trail ,you will facing of Mt. Amadablam and many more mountains. After crossing suspension bridge then you follow the trail along the Imja Khola, which is from melting the glacier of Island peak, Amadablam, Lotse, Nupse many more … and there are at least 10 lodges down in the lower village. This part of the village enjoys longer afternoon sun.
It is very important to spend an additional night at Dingboche for the acclimatization process. Many trekkers are happy to spend the day exploring Dingboche and mountains but there are several interesting day hikes in this area. The trail continues up the hillside for another 2 hours to get a viewpoint at 5070m that offers fantastic views north to Cholatse and Taboche, south to the lakes at the foot of Ama Dablam and east to Chhukung and Makalu, the fifth-highest mountain in the world. Check locally to make sure that the trail is intact before you set off.
If you head straight to Lobuche you will almost double the recommended daily gain in elevation. Coming from Dingboche, follow the wide trail north along the valley floor. After a break or lunch at Dughla, the trail goes directly up the gravelly terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier for about one hour. As you cross the ridge, the perfect peak of Pumori soars into view. You can trace the route of the side trail to Dzonglha and the Cho La pass. You can climb the ridges east of the village for your first views of the Khumbu Glacier, with Everest mostly obscured by Lhotse and Nuptse.
The effects of altitude will really become apparent on the climb to Gorak Shep. The first section of the trail from Lobuche follows the narrow gap between the glacial moraine and the mountain wall, past the turn-off to the Italian Pyramid. As you climb, take time to detour to the edge of the moraine to look out over the Khumbu Glacier. If you want to see both, use the afternoon after lunch at Gorakshep to visit Everest Base Camp (EBC) main destination of the trip, and climb to Kala Pattar the next day early in the morning, when views are more reliable and spectacular.
The walk to Base Camp from Gorak Shep is a rough move quickly over an ever-changing path across the Khumbu Glacier, starting at the north end of the sandpit at Gorak Shep. If climbing is still suspended, you may find nothing at Base Camp but debris from past expeditions. The summit of Kala Pattar hill provides perhaps the best view of Mt.Everest in Nepal Himalaya. The path of Kala Pattar climbs up the grassy ridge above Gorak Shep. As you climb, the peak of pumori looms dramatically ahead. On your way back down to Gorak Shep, detour south to the lower ridge to look down over the two glacial lakes that form the base camp for Pumori. After complete the summit the Kalapattar and trek to down at Pheriche.
Before you continue your descent along the Imja Valley, consider taking a day or three out of your itinerary for the rewarding side trip up the Imja up the Imja Khola to Chhukung. If you prefer to go directly to Tengboche, drop down the valley to Orsho, and then follow the west bank of the Imja Khola TO Shomare and on to Pangboche. From Tengboche, retrace your steps down to Phunki Thenga, then climb the ridge towards Namch Bazaar.
On the 13 day of the trek you will come back down by walking. It takes 5/6h to reach Namche from Lukla. This trail will be the final trail in Everest. You should take rest in here in last day. At the end of the trek you should enjoy and entertain last night in Lukla.
In the morning, you take your breakfast and you should arrive in Lukla airport to fly in Kathmandu. It takes 40/45min to Kathmandu from Lukla.
